ANSWER TO THE TONGUE TWISTER

The answer to the original coded tongue twister is:
a1w9w5c5a2m4w4a2a1w9c5c5i2a1p6a8
When decoded, it reads as:
"A woodchuck would chuck as much wood as a woodchuck could chuck if a woodchuck could chuck wood."
